Karen started her career in Finance working for Barclays Bank, where she received ongoing training and gained vast experience during the 24 years she worked there. Following this, Karen moved into Financial Planning and has worked for a number of IFA firms. The roles that Karen had with these companies provided her with further experience which has enabled her to secure the position of Office Manager at Total Wealth Planning at our Head office in Reigate. This is an exciting role where Karen’s responsibilities include ensuring the smooth running of the office, supporting our Financial Planners, training and recruitment.

During Karen’s spare time, she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors, walking, spending time with family and friends, interior design and cooking.

Zac Richman
office administrator

Zac originally started work for the company on work experience.

‘Since joining TWP in July 2016 the staff here have provided me with an enormous amount of knowledge and experience about the finance world as well as an insight about what the real world is really like alongside giving me the environment and knowledge to progress and develop my skills as an individual.’

During his free time Zac enjoys playing sport and participating in physical activity such as Rugby, Basketball, athletics and swimming. He likes to learn new things so he challenges himself and will often start little projects such as building models, computers, bicycles, because to him the best way to learn something is to not only read it but to actually do it as well.
